PTO Meeting

Join us at the Westford School Library or Online on April 13th, 2026 @ 6:30pm. Westford School PTO is open to all Westford school families. Come join us and learn how much fun we have!

Use this form to submit nominations for the 2026-2027 PTO Board. A vote will take place at the May 11 PTO meeting. All in attendance may vote! The WSPTO is a team and work together on all things with the help of other parent volunteers. Below is a description of each role. Please email westfordvtpto@gmail.com with any questions! All nominations are due by May 10th. 

1. President- The President shall preside over meetings, coordinate the work of the Board and committees, represent the PTO in official capacities, and serve as the primary liaison between the PTO and the school administration.

2. Secretary- The Secretary shall keep accurate minutes of all meetings, maintain records, and be responsible for sending notices of meetings and activities.

3. Treasurer- The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all PTO funds, keep full and accurate accounts, present financial reports at each membership meeting, and ensure compliance with all financial policies and legal requirements.
